Wing Snob was born from a simple obsession: crafting chicken wings so bold, so perfectly sauced, and so irresistibly crispy that settling for ordinary just wasn't an option anymore. Based in Lansing, MI, we serve snob-level quality in every single bite.
Wing Snob started in 2016 when founder Marcus Webb grew tired of mediocre wings — sauces that were too thin, coatings that didn't crunch, and flavors that faded fast. What began as weekend cook-offs for friends quickly became a neighborhood obsession.
"I wasn't trying to open a restaurant. I was just trying to make the perfect wing. Turns out, once you nail it, everyone wants in."
By 2018, Marcus had turned his passion into a brick-and-mortar location at 5210 S Cedar St, Lansing, MI. The wingsnob philosophy was simple: use only fresh, never-frozen chicken, craft every sauce in-house, and never compromise on the cook.
Today, Wing Snob serves thousands of wing lovers weekly, offering over 20 signature sauce flavors, from classic Buffalo and Honey Garlic to our award-winning Mango Habanero and Lemon Pepper Bliss.
